For Teaching Faculty-

• Professor: The chosen applicant will get a salary of Rs. 201213 per month.
• Associate Professor: candidates will get a salary of Rs. 133802 per month.

Assistant Professor-

• The applicant will get a salary of Rs. 114955 per month.

Super Specialist Full-Time-

• Entry Level: The chosen applicant will get a salary of Rs. 200000 per month.
• Consultant Service: The successful candidate will get a salary of Rs. 240000 per month.

For Super Specialist Part-Time-

• Entry Level: The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 100,000 per month.
• Consultant Service: The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 150000 per month.

For senior residents-

• The selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 67700 per month.

For Adjunct Faculty-

• Director, Professor, or Professor: The applicant will get a salary of Rs. 6,000 per hour.
• Associate/Assistant Professor: The applicant will get a salary of Rs. 4000 per hour.

Qualification Required for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

For Super Speciality and Super Speciality full-time-

• The applicants must have an MBBS degree in the first schedule, second schedule, or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfil Subsection (3) of Section 13 of Indian Medical Council, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• Applicants must have a postgraduate degree in the concerned super-specialty.

For senior residents-

• Applicants must have a PG degree or diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university The candidate should have valid NMC, State Medical Council, or State Dental Council registration.

For adjunct faculty-

• Candidates must have a PG degree or diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university The candidate should have valid NMC, State Medical Council, or State Dental Council registration.
• MBBS with PG (MD/DNB) in the concerned speciality from a recognized university with eight years of work experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining the PG degree.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed for contractual faculty on consolidated remuneration will initially be for a period of 1 year.
