• The applicants must have a Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying.

For Mine Mate Gr.-I-

• The applicants must have an SSC Pass.
• The applicants must have Possessing a valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

For Blaster Gr.-II-

• The applicants must have an SSC Pass.
• The applicants must have Blaster’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). 

Required Experience for MOIL Recruitment 2023:

• The applicants must have 6 years of experience after passing the Mine Foreman’s Competency Certificate.

• The applicants must have 2 years of experience as a Mine Foreman after passing a Diploma.

For Mine Mate Gr.-I-

• The applicants must have 3 years of experience as a Mate in a reputed Mining Company.

For Blaster Gr.-II-

• The applicants must have 1 year of experience as a Blaster in a Mining organization.

Based on the official notification of MOIL Recruitment 2023, the candidates from the General (UR)/EWS/OBC (Creamy Layer and Non-Creamy Layer) categories must pay an application fee of Rs.295 each. SC / ST / MOIL Limited employees are exempt from paying the application cost. The application cost will only be accepted online.

Mode of Selection for MOIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of MOIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s selection will be based on a computer-based Online Test. The computer-based Online Test will last 90 minutes (in one sitting) and will consist of Objective Type Questions (MCQ) (100 points), with general knowledge worth 10 points, reasoning worth 10 points, and topic knowledge at 80 points. The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English. Candidates must take the Computer Based Online Test at their own expense.
