For GDMO-

• The selected candidates will get Rs. 350/- per hour for 5 hours per day i.e. Rs.1750/- + Rs. 180/- (for conveyance per visit). Total emolument for one week (6 visits a week) will be Rs. 10500/- + Rs. 1080/- = Rs. 11580/-. Total annual emolument will be Rs. 11580/- x 52 weeks = Rs. 602160/- approx.
• A number of Working hours and days are subject to change based on requirement / mutual agreement.

For Physicians and Pathologists-

• The selected candidates will get Rs. 3500/- for 2 hours per day + Rs. 180/- (for conveyance per visit). Total emolument for one week (i.e. 2 days a week) Rs.7000/- + Rs. 360/- = Rs. 7360/-. Total annual emolument will be Rs.7360/- x 52 weeks = Rs. 382720/- approx.
• The number of days of visit would be a maximum of 2 days per week as per requirement.

Qualification and Experience for HAL Recruitment 2023:

The required qualifications and experience to apply for HAL Recruitment 2023 are given below-

For GDMO-

• The candidates should have an MBBS (Experience of at least 1-2 years preferable).

For Physician-

• The candidate should have an MBBS with a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in General Medicine from any Recognized Institute with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.

For Pathologist-

• The candidate should have an MBBS with a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Pathology from any Recognized Institute with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.

Tenure for HAL Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates for HAL Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a period of 02 years.
