ESIC Recruitment 2023: Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), invites applications from qualified candidates for the engagement of Full Time/ Part Time Contractual Specialist and Senior Resident Under the Residency Scheme on a tenure basis for 3 years. As per the ESIC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates will be hired through walk-in interviews scheduled at Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Sec-3, Plot No.41 IMT Manesar, Gurugram (Haryana) on 13.09.2023 at 9:00 am. No candidate will be entertained after 11:00 a.m. The total number of vacancies is 11. The age limit of candidates should be between 45 and 67 years for both available positions. Candidates appointed for the above-mentioned positions will be offered a monthly salary up to Rs.1,14,955.
As per the ESIC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be appointed on a three-year contract with an annual review based on performance. Interested and qualified candidates should bring their original documents and one set of photocopies as indicated on the application form to the interview. Candidates from the UR, EWS, and OBC categories must deposit Rs.300, while SC/ST candidates must deposit Rs.75 in the form of a Demand Draught in favour of ESI Fund Account No.2, payable in Manesar, at the time of the interview. The selected applicants must pay a security deposit fee of Rs. 4,000 as a Demand Draught in favour of ESI Fund Account No.2 payable in Manesar at the time of joining, which is refunded when the contract is successfully completed. The candidates must bring original documents for verification on the date of the interview.

As per the ESIC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates should have the following eligibilities.
For Senior Resident Under Residency Scheme
The candidates should have a P.G. Degree or P.G. Diploma in a relevant field from a recognised university registered with the Medical Council of India or an MMBS degree from a recognised university with at least 2 years of working experience in the same discipline.
For Full Time / Part time Specialist
The candidate must be registered with the Medical Council of India or a state medical council. PG Degree/ Diploma with 3 years/5 years work experience in relevant speciality.
As per the ESIC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates shortlisted for the post of Full Time Contractual Specialist will be offered a fixed monthly salary of Rs.1,14,955, whereas the employed applicant for Part Time Contractual Specialist post will get Rs.60,000. Selection candidates for the Senior Resident position will be offered Rs.67700 monthly on a level 11 pay scale.
As per the ESIC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates should have full-time contract specialists have a three-year contract with an annual review and term renewal every year based on successful performance or until the regular incumbent joins, whichever comes first.
