Excited about the UAE Golden Visa? Here is the truth
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has denied rumors of any official announcement of giving lifetime Golden Visa to Indians. UAE's ICP stated that the Golden Visa applications are handled exclusively through government channels. As of now they have not appointed any private party for Visa review.
The ICP's denial follows some claims and rumors from foreign media about a lifetime Golden Visa to settle in the United Arab Emirates, according to the statement posted by Emirates News Agency.
The UAE's ICP confirmed the statement posted by WAM on its official Instagram feed.
Indian and Bangladeshi nationals would be able to apply for a lifelong Golden Visa for just ₹23 lakhs, according to reports earlier this week.
Recipients and those involved in the process told news agency PTI that "Indians can now enjoy the UAE's Golden Visa for life by paying a fee of AED 1,00,000 (INR roughly 23.30 lakh)."
However, this news is currently untrue according to the declaration from the UAE federal authorities.
