Extend due date of filing TAR for FY 2020-21 at least by Two Months: Jamshedpur Chartered Accountants Society

Jamshedpur Chartered Accountants Society requests for due date extension of filing ITR & TAR for FY 2020-21

Jamshedpur Chartered Accountants Society has requested Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman (Hon’ble Finance Minister)  to extend the due dates for filing tax audit reports till 31 St March 2022.

Jamshedpur Chartered Accountants Society Requests an extension of due dates of filing various Audit Reports for the financial year 2020-2021 at least by two months.

Sub: Relaxation urgently required in Audit Compliance due to outbreak of COVID-19 once again in the whole country.

Respected Madam

We the Jamshedpur Chartered Accountants Society was form with the object to assist the professionals and to resolve the common problems being faced by the the tax professionals As you may be aware that the entire country is facing the pandemic situation and it is getting worse day by day. We the professionals community is also getting affected by in large numbers. In fact, many of our member’s their families and Associate working with them are turning positive and it has become very difficult to work in this pandemic situation.

The due dates of filing various Audit Reports for the financial year 2020-2021 is on 15th January 2022 which need to be extended at least by two months.

The various changes in 3cd audit schema and other issues getting worse in working with new software.

We therefore request you to to kindly consider our request and extend the dates for filing tax audit reports till 31 St March 2022 and provide some relief to the stakeholders.
