The Ministry of Finance, Government of India, has officially released the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) e-Filing Portal User Manual. The user manual is being issued to provide taxpayers with a detailed guide on how to submit online appeals, applications, and other documents under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework.
This released GSTAT e-Filing Portal User Manual provides taxpayers with a comprehensive step-by-step procedure to register at the GST portal, logging in, filing appeals (APL-05), uploading necessary documents, making pre-deposit payments via Bharatkosh, and tracking submissions. The portal aims to modernise the GST appellate mechanism, promoting a more accessible, transparent, and efficient dispute resolution system.
