G R Infraprojects Files Writ Petition Before MP High Court, Challenging DRC-01 Show Cause Notice:

G R Infraprojects Limited has filed a writ petition before the Honourable Madhya Pradesh High Court, challenging a Show Cause Notice (DRC-01), passed by the Office of the Joint Commissioner of State Tax, Ratlam Division, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, under Section 74 of the CGST Act, 2017 and the MPGST Act, 2017.

The company had disclosed the filing of the aforesaid writ petition vide an Intimation dated September 25, 2026, addressed to the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), issued under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The present intimation is in continuation of an earlier one dated August 26, 2026, issued by the company disclosing the receipt of the aforementioned show cause notice (SCN).
