Overview:

VI is hiring an experienced AGM-CS Audit & Compliance at their Lucknow location. You will ensure ground implementation/ adherence of all regulatory compliances as per defined SOP and guidelines received from Corporate/ Circle. Extend support to all CS business users in understanding compliance requirements. Conduct audits of regulatory processes as per defined guidelines and publish compliance reports.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Timely submission of regulatory reports and ensuring accuracy of reports through proper validation
• Conduct corp mandated process audits within specified timeframes
• Ensure timely closure of NC points and identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance on all mandatory communications , CAG workshops , CAG appointments , and other adhoc regulatory requirement
• Completion of M&B audit and timely closure of observations if any
• Analyse & Monitor CS spends

Qualifications:

• Graduate/ Preferred MBA
• 5-7 years of Telecom experience in Customer service role
• Basic Knowledge of Excel and Access
• Strong knowledge of system & Processes
• Good Analytical skills
• Ability to work across teams
