The Central Government, in powers given by Section 1 (2) of the Banking Laws (Amendment) Act, 2025 (16), scheduled December 15, 2025 as the date on which the provisions of sections 2,6,7,8,9 and 14 of the Banking Laws Act 2025 will come into force.
