Government of Haryana has launched a special campaign to dispose GST refunds
The Special Drive to Dispose of GST Refunds has been begun by the Haryana Taxation and Excise Department.
The Excise and Taxation Department of Haryana held a refund campaign from November 8th to December 8th, 2021, to dispose of/process all pending refund cases during a 45-day period by field formations across the state.
In the last 30 days, 199 refund applications worth Rs. 107.88 crore have been processed or rejected. Since November 8, 2021, this initiative has disposed of 77.44 percent of the entire number of pending cases and 80 percent of the total sum involved in these refund cases.
It is reaffirmed that the Government of Haryana would work hard to maintain its commitment to its taxpayers by completing all refunds within the time frame set out in the GST Act of 2017.
