Government warns about scam of Income Tax Refund processing Recently a matter came in the eye of government regarding of scam of refunds of Income Tax. The Government of India warns the taxpayer about this scam of Income Tax Refund processing and advise to take action against this. PIB Fact Check tweeted on his twitter handle on this matter, "An E-mail claims that the recipient is entitled to a refund of Rs.41, 104, and is seeking his/her personal details in the name of @IncomeTaxIndia."
