Govt Authorises Career Centre Officers to Prosecute and Compound Offences Under Social Security Code The Ministry of Labour and Employment under the Government of India has granted authorisation to certain officers to handle cases concerning prosecution and compounding of offences under Chapter XIII and the related rules or schemes.

According to the notification, officers at the designations of Director (Employment) and Joint Director (Employment) working at the office of the Career Centre (Central) have been granted permission to sanction prosecution and compound offences under the Social Security Code.
