GPSC Recruitment 2023: Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Civil Registrar-cum-Sub Registrar, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor, Assistant professor, Associate Professor, Junior Gynaecologist, Junior Orthopaedic Surgeon, lecturer, Assistant Public Prosecutor, Librarian and Assistant Agricultural Officer. As per GPSC Recruitment 2023, there are 42 vacancies for these posts. Eligibility Criteria for GPSC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying in the Registration Department for the post of Civil Registrar-cum-Sub Registrar should have recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Candidate should have Post graduate degree or equivalent qualification in the specialty concerned from a National Medical Commission (then Medical Council of India) recognized medical college/institution. Candidate should have at least one year of teaching or research experience in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution in the subject of super-specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.).

Candidate applying in the Public Health Department for the post of Assistant Professor Post-graduate medical qualification in the specialty concerned or equivalent. candidate should have at least 3 years of teaching experience in the concerned specialty as a Senior Resident/Registrar/Tutor/Demonstrator in a Medical College/Teaching Institution. candidate should have Knowledge of Konkani. Candidates applying for the post of Lecturer should have been officers under e Central/State Governments/Union Territories Administration holding analogous posts(Period of Deputation shall ordinarily not exceed four years).

Salary for GPSC Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates for the post of Civil Registrar-cum-Sub Registrar will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 7 (Rs. 9300-34800+4600). The candidates selected for the post of Assistant Professor will get a monthly salary on the pay scale level 11 (rs. 15600-39100+600). Selected candidates for the post of Lecturer, Associate Professor, Assistant professor and Associate Professor will get a monthly salary on the pay scale level 11. The candidate selected as Professor will get a monthly salary on the pay scale level 10. Candidates selected for Junior Gynaecologist, Junior Orthopaedic Surgeon, lecturer, Assistant Public Prosecutor, Assistant Professor and Librarian will get a monthly salary of pay scale level 10 and the candidates selected for the post of Assistant Agricultural Officer will get a monthly salary on pay scale level-06.
