Overview:

Qualcomm is hiring an experienced Project Analyst, Senior at their Gurgaon location. On the Qualcomm Academy team, you will work with US/San Diego on projects and activities.  You will be required to take evening calls to ensure alignment and collaboration. In this role you will support Academy programs and operations, utilizing a variety of tools, platforms, and processes.

You will have a focus on Program Support, helping to ensure we have strong processes in place and can adjust quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment. You will learn about all department initiatives and be an integral part of the team’s success. The job requires organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent communication. You’ll need to be self-started and motivated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage training access.
• Process certification program registrations and results.
• Support certification program inquiries.
• Manage website content as a platform admin.
• Develop and manage processes and procedures.
• Contribute to and update project planning activities.
• Gather and analyze data to produce insights.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Should have an Associate’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Experience in data analysis and project management.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Research skills using internet and internal resources.
• Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible for evening calls with HQ on regular basis.
• MS Project skills preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years of experience supporting project management and execution.
