Pepsico is hiring an experienced Deputy Director – Identity and Access Management at their Hyderabad location. This is a Technical Manager role to lead technical team with good Architect experience on IAM technologies.Work with various business and IT teams and define technical requirements for Identity Management (IDM) and Access Governance and ensure the right architecture/design is implemented. Develop / implement Identity Manager functionality to fulfill business requirements. Specify guidelines and processes for integration, administration and maintenance of Identity Management tools. Gather requirements and guide / recommend the right integration pattern for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in PepsiCo. Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metrics reporting via Computer Associates (CA) IDM and Recertification tools.
