• Managing primary, secondary and tertiary sales in the cluster, state or area
• Planning and conducting required promotion activities on regular basis
• Deployment of available manpower for effective utilization
• Planning and executing route-map to effectively cover the targeted geography

Qualifications for the role:

• Any graduate, MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in retail sales or distribution
• Experience in handling the team
• Experience in product launches
• Capability to conduct promotional marketing activities
• Good communication and relationship skills
