Overview:

Amazon is hiring an experienced Site Merchandiser at their Hyderabad location. The role of Site merchandiser involves managing onsite merchandising for the AIS (Amazon International Shopping) experience on Amazon.com and other onsite locations including landing pages and banner locations throughout the Amazon.com site visible for Exports customers.

What will you be doing:

Support merchandising for peak events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, along with creating and executing selection discovery campaigns and outbound (email and push) campaigns.

Responsible for reviewing and updating the onsite content and managing onsite operation plans to avoid defects.

Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers.

Effectively build and publish content using internal tools.

Analyze performance of site content, report and seeking ways to improve.

Work closely with internal teams to meet business needs.

Contribute to outbound channel efforts.

Qualifications for this Job:

Customer obsession

High attention to detail, including precise and effective customer communications

Superior verbal and written communications skills

Ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns

Ability to analyze results of merchandising efforts

Bachelor’s degree

Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and to move quickly

2-4 years marketing and/or web/mobile merchandising experience

Strong communication & Stakeholder management

Category Marketing/Merchandising experience
