Indigo is hiring an experienced Senior Executive- Manpower Planning at their Gurugram location. You will assist Manpower Planning vertical for cabin crew roster planning, day to day operations, system updates etc. within defined timelines

What will you be doing:

Assessment and constant monitoring of crew availability as per business requirement, identifying and managing scope of improvement with help of automation.

Proactively addressing crew queries, work closely with all key stakeholders.

Regular monitoring of various performance criteria in a periodic manner and analysing all ongoing system related challenges and provide smart solutions.

Study cabin crew rosters and provide insightful, practical solutions based on feedback.

Qualifications for this Job:

Qualification    :   Graduate

Experience        :   Minimum 2years of experience in Operational support and analytics

Advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & MIS

Should be able to adapt and work on AIMS (rostering software)

Competent verbal and written communication

Ability to understand delegated objectives and projects

Being diligent with time management

Should be flexible to working odd hours
