Overview:

JLL is hiring an experienced Customer Success Associate at their Bangalore location. As a Customer Success Associate at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for User Administration Configure/update/termination of users Create / Update training documentation for end users Create / Update internal team knowledge articles.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Direct First level support with our end users

Second level support transfers to our internal JLLT team

Escalation to SaaS vendors for 3rd level support

Client systems support as required under JLL’s service agreements

Support the implementation of new modules and periodic system upgrades

Data upload or extracts

Test new modules and periodic system upgrades

Support Business Reporting Requirements

Field configuration in our SaaS applications

Configure custom account trees/charts of accounts

Support JLL Application software

Qualifications for this Job:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

(3 – 5) years of relevant/professional experience preferred

Real Estate Software and/or Real Estate Industry experience

MRI, Yardi, Building Engines, PM Portal or any real estate software experience preferred

Organized and detail oriented individual

Superior Customer Service skills and experience in a customer facing position

Ability to work in a team environment and from a home office location joining Video calls

Ability to work flexible hours with our Global team members

Fluent in French or Spanish is a plus
