Shell is hiring an experienced RE Process Specialist at their Bangalore location. RE Process Specialist supports that people in Real Estate are clear on each other’s contribution to outcomes, empowered to seek better ways of working within understood standards, and are motivated to improve outcomes based on competitive targets. They support the successful migration of work from Shell business units in various locations across the world to Shell Business Operations. The purpose of this role is to deliver effective & compliant payment processes.

Roles and Responsibility:

Accountabilities:

• Deliver seamless RtP processes, and resolve payment issues across the process to ensure that agreed payment terms are achieved.
• To deliver flawless execution of the end-to-end payment process “RtP” (Request to Pay) through the various SAP systems
• Understanding and driving toward a standardized approach to Outline Agreements, Purchase Orders and Invoice Coding (ITOCC)
• Defining and delivering an effective process that engages across multiple interfaces with RE, CP, and Finance Operations staff to ensure seamless delivery through high levels of process knowledge, both within SBO & RE teams
• Problem-solving to understand & resolve process blockers e.g. supplier, system, people
• Application of Continuous Improvement to ensure process efficiency and to guarantee Shell payment terms adhere
• Support assurance & compliance through managing documentation, and interface with RE budget holders to ensure payments are correctly approved & processed
• RE Ops Excellence team will provide support to the global portfolio, depending on the tasks assigned, it is required to work either in Asia, European or American hours with the flexibility needed to attend occasional meetings outside of this time period.

What you will Need:

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in related disciplines with at least 2 years of work experience in data & information-related roles.
• Proven track record in delivery of data & information improvements, systems & application management, working in multi-discipline teams in challenging (virtual) environments
• Comfortable working with, and leading through uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Astute attention to detail and compliance mindset while demonstrating strategic thinking.
• Experience in working within a multicultural and multi-country environment is essential.
• Can demonstrate external focus, simplicity and speed of delivery.
• RE Site Operations exposure or experience is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience and strong collaboration skills with a value-creating mentality and creativity.
