Maersk is hiring an experienced Process Expert/Sr. Process Expert/Specialist at their Chennai location. The role understands the customer requirements and tender package, develops tender strategies by analysing the tender file and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Produces Tender Strategy analysis to facilitate coordination between TCM, Sales, Trade and Marketing.
• Drives analytical projects to support our tender management process and improve quality deliverables.
• Prepares Negotiation Package for customers.
• Supports collection of nominations and maintains nomination database and contracts
• Supports the strategy team on commitment compliance reporting and governance.
• Supports in measuring customer performance, Salesforce.com updates and reporting
• Supports projects and ad hoc initiatives within TCM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Great working knowledge on excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral is a must
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Effective documentation and data management
• Self sufficient and motivated self who can constantly have a positive customer impact
• Understanding the complete shipping cycle will be an added bonus
• Willing to work in perpetual night shifts
