Overview:

UBS is hiring an experienced Integrated Middle Office Specialist at their Hyderabad location. As part of the Regulatory Reporting Pairing & Matching Team, the role required is to meet regulatory requirement for EMIR REFIT by performing Exception management, Reporting, Reconciliation to highlight issues on data eligible for reporting to Trade Repository (DTCC).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Exception management of pairing and matching breaks and investigate to identify the remediation of issues.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to investigate and resolve trade reporting breaks.
• Monitor & analyze DTCC Reports for data quality & completeness to meet the regulatory guidelines.
• Brainstorm within process to provide ideas to build efficiency and enrich work delivery.
• Smooth running of day-to-day trade reporting and client matching activities
• Be the subject matter expert in all team activities and support teams and stakeholders.
• Identify process enhancements in leverage automation skills to reduce the manual intervention.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in reading and writing business e-mails (English qualification will be considered).
• Adequacy in communicating via oral English, both in person and remotely.
• Adequate knowledge of Windows, Microsoft office suite (especially Excel pivots), and communication tool (i.e., My Teams)
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in operational risk & business analysis or operational control management, preferably within an Investment Bank.
• Knowledge of Financial Products (i.e., OTC Derivatives Products and Terminology).
• Working knowledge of DTCC and automation tools such as Alteryx or Power BI would be a Plus.
