GSL Recruitment 2023: Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill up 36 vacancies for the posts of Additional Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy Manager, Deputy Manager General Manager and Assistant Manager in various departments. According to the official notification of GSL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 240000. As mentioned in the official notification of GSL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is different for every post which is given below in the article.
In accordance with the official notification of GSL Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website. Candidates also have to send a hard copy of duly filled-in application form to HOD (HR&A), HR and A Department, Goa Shipyard Limited, Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa – 403802. Candidates have to pay Rs. 500 as application fee and SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fee, as per Government of India rules. The online application starts from 24.04.23
According to the official notification of GSL recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the posts of Additional Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager in various department.
In accordance with the official notification of GSL recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-
Additional General Manager-
The maximum age limit for OBC category candidates is 51 years.
The maximum age limit for UR category candidates is 48 years.
Senior Manager-
The maximum age limit for UR category candidates is 39 years.
Deputy Manager-
The maximum age limit for UR category candidates is 33 years.
Deputy General Manager-
The maximum age limit for OBC category candidates is 47 years.
The maximum age limit for UR category candidates is 44 years.
Assistant Manager-
The maximum age limit for SC/ST category candidates is 35 years.
The maximum age limit for OBC category candidates is 33 years.
The maximum age limit for UR/EWS category candidates is 30 years.
Manager-
The maximum age limit for UR category candidates is 33 years.
According to the official notification of GSL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 240000.
Candidates applying for GSL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
For Additional General Manager (HR)-
Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / Social Work.
For Deputy General Manager (Finance)-
Graduate AND qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Qualified Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
For General Manager (Shiplift)-
Full time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Ship Building / Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution.
For Senior Manager (Administration)-
Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Regular MBA/ PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management OR 03 years in part time MBA/ PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM/IR/Personnel Management.
