Candidates should be Officers with a minimum working experience of 15 years in SCBs/Financial Institutions of which minimum 10 years of experience in handling Credit/ Project Finance. The last post held by the candidate should be at SMG Scale V or above in PSBs / Grade D or above in Financial Institutions with the last drawn gross salary equivalent to SMG Scale – V of IBA scale.
Project Finance Officer
Candidates should be Officers with a minimum working experience of 10 years in SCBs/Financial Institutions of which minimum 5 years of experience in handling Credit/ Project Finance. The last post held by the candidate should be at MMG Scale III or above in PSBs / Grade B or above in Financial Institutions with the last drawn gross salary equivalent to MMG Scale – III of the IBA scale.
As per the National Housing Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the post of Senior Project Finance Officer should be below the age of 40 years and the candidates applying for the post of Project Finance Officer should be below the age of 35 years and the maximum age limit for both posts is 59 years.
As per the National Housing Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years which can be extended up to 05 years.
Selected candidates for the Senior Project Finance Officer post will get a monthly salary of Rs. 3.5 lacs and the candidates selected for the post of Project Finance Officer will get a monthly salary of Rs. 2.5 lacs.
