Salary for GSL Recruitment 2024:

Deputy Manager (Mechanical)

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 50000-3%-160000(E-2).

Deputy Manager(Electrical)

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 50000-3%-160000(E-2).

Assistant Manager (Mechanical)

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 40000-3%-140000(E-1).

Assistant Manager (Electrical)

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 40000-3%-140000(E-1).

Assistant Manager (CSR)

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 40000-3%-140000(E-1).

Age Limit for GSL Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of GSL Recruitment 2024, the age limit is stated below:

Deputy Manager (Mechanical)

• The upper age limit should be 38 years old for SC/ST. 
• The upper age limit should be 36 years old for OBC.
• The upper age limit should be 33 years old for UR.

Deputy Manager(Electrical)

• The upper age limit should be 38 years old for SC/ST. 
• The upper age limit should be 36 years old for OBC.
• The upper age limit should be 33 years old for UR.

Assistant Manager (Mechanical)

• The upper age limit should be 35 years old for SC/ST. 
• The upper age limit should be 33 years old for OBC.
• The upper age limit should be 30 years old for/EWS.

• The upper age limit should be 35 years old for SC/ST. 
• The upper age limit should be 33 years old for OBC.

Qualification for GSL Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of GSL Recruitment 2024, the required qualifications are mentioned below

Deputy Manager (Mechanical)

• The applicant must have a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution.

Deputy Manager(Electrical)

• The applicant must have a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution.

Assistant Manager (Mechanical)

• The applicant must have a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution.

Assistant Manager (Electrical)

• The applicant must have a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE-approved institution.

Assistant Manager (CSR)

• The applicant must have a minimum 2 years  Regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE-approved institution with specialization in Labour and Social Welfare / Social Work / Rural Development / Rural Management.

Application Fees for GSL Recruitment 2024:

Following the official notification of GSL Recruitment 2024, the candidate should have to deposit an application fee of Rs. 500, and SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee (Non-Refundable) is to be paid online through SBI epay (by debit card/ credit card/ net banking, etc.

Referring to the official notification of GSL Recruitment 2024, the required  experience is mentioned below:

Deputy Manager (Mechanical)

• Work Experience: The Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification relevant work experience in the Shipbuilding/ Ship repairs/ Manufacturing Industry.
• Desirable Experience: The candidate must have a work experience preferably in shipbuilding/ship repairs or Knowledge of areas like fabrication/CNC machines/welding/technical ship design/  product innovations.

Deputy Manager(Electrical)

• Work Experience: The Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification relevant work experience in the Shipbuilding/ Ship repairs/ Manufacturing Industry.
• Desirable Experience: The Candidates must have work experience preferably in shipbuilding /
  ship repairs or  Knowledge of the latest developments in Electrical drawings, machinery, Ship Building technology, designs, and product innovations.

Assistant Manager (Mechanical)

• Work Experience: The Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year post-qualification relevant work experience in the Shipbuilding/ Ship repairs/ Manufacturing Industry.
• Desirable Experience:  The Candidate should have work experience preferably in shipbuilding/ship repairs or Knowledge of areas like fabrication/CNC machines/welding/ Technical specifications in Ship Building technology, designs, and product innovations.

Assistant Manager (Electrical)

• Work Experience: The Candidate should have a minimum of 01 year post-qualification relevant work experience in the shipbuilding/ Ship repairs/ manufacturing Industry.
• Desirable Experience:  The Candidate should have a work experience preferably in shipbuilding/ship repairs or Knowledge of the latest developments in Electrical drawings, machinery, equipment, Ship Building technology, designs, and product innovations.

Assistant Manager (CSR)

• Work Experience: The Candidate should have a minimum of 01 year post-qualification relevant work experience.
• Desirable Experience:  The Candidate should have work experience preferably in conducting Base
  Line surveys, Project monitoring, imparting Training in CSR, Experience working in a responsible position with reputed NGOs / associated with SHGs, etc. would be an added advantage.
