GST Council Meeting: GST Tribunal from 1st August; State Capital and States with High Court benches to have Tribunal Benches

As per the latest GST council updates given during, the press release by our Finance Minister and Finance Secretary have informed that State Capital and States with High Court benches to have GST Tribunal Benches in First Phase.

Around 50 requests came from different states, the Finance Secretary, Mr. Sanjay Malhotra clarified. The GST Tribunal will be notified from 1st August 2023. It is likely to come in working from 3-4 month of notification.
