GSTAT Delhi State Bench Starts Working: New Temporary Office Announced
The Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), Delhi Bench, has officially started its operations. A public notice has been issued to announce the temporary address for the Delhi Bench. This brings significant relief to the taxpayers and businesses in Delhi.
Temporary Office Location
The Delhi State Bench is currently working from a temporary office at the following address:
3rd and 4th Floor, Samrat Hotel, Plot No. S0B, Kautilya Marg, Chankayapuri, New Delhi - 110021.
The Delhi bench will hear appeals and GST-related matters under the provisions of the Central Goods and Services Act, 2017, from this location.

Where to File Appeals
From now on, all appeals, applications, and proceedings related to GST disputes in Delhi must be filed with the Delhi State Bench of GSTAT. As per the public notice, these filings must follow the GSTAT Procedure Rules, 2025 and other applicable laws.
Taxpayers can also use the official GSTAT e-filing portal (https://efiling.gstat.gov.in) to access the procedure rules and presidential orders.
