GSTN Intoduced New Feature Grievance Against Payment (GST PMT-07)

The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) recently introduced a new feature on the GST Portal that allows users to address payment-related concerns using the Grievance against Payment (GST PMT-07) system.

Users can use this functionality by logging into the GST Portal and browsing the ‘Services‘ section. They should then access the ‘Payments‘ section, where they will find an option to register a ‘Grievance against Payment (GST PMT-07)‘.
