The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) issued an Advisory on E-Invoice – Services Offered by the Four New IRPs.

The Invoice Registration Portals (IRPs) act as Registrars and operate through a website to assign Invoice Reference Numbers (IRNs) to each invoice/credit note/debit note.
