The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) releases an FAQ on New Changes in the Invoice Management System (IMS), effective from the October 2025 Tax Period. These FAQs provide clarity on several important topics, such as what the new changes being introduced in IMS, Till what date can Credit Notes and other specified records can be kept pending and most importantly, the action taken on IMS and the impact on R2B ITC Credit and Impact on supplier GSTR 3B liability.
