GSTR-3B Due Date for September 2025 extended by CBIC?

It looks like CBIC has extended the GSTR-3B due date for September 2025 in view of Diwali festivities. Know the new filing deadline, compliance details & avoid late fees.

GSTR-3B Due Date for September 2025 extended by CBIC?

GSTR-3B Due Date for September 2025 extended by CBIC?

It looks like due date for filing form GSTR-3B for September 2025 has been extended by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) amid Diwali Festivities.

As per Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN) Portal, the due date for filing Form GSTR-3B is 25th October 2025.

However there is not official confirmation from GSTN or CBIC yet.

Although many representations including ICAI went to Ministry of Finance extending the Company Law Due Date as this year GSTR-3B due date clases with Diwali which is also on 20th October 2025.
