Taxpayers’ compliance will probably be made easier in this upcoming GST Council Meeting

The Council May propose to condone GST refund requests by waiving the two-year COVID period, according to sources.

Also, there is a proposal to extend Timeline For Filing GSTR-4. The Timeline might be Extended From June 30 To July 28 For FY 2022.

Similarly, the due date for filing Form GST CMP-08 will likely be extended by the council to July 30.
