Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2022: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is a vertically integrated, multi Unit, Schedule-A Miniratna Category – I Central Public Sector Enterprise in the field of Copper Mining & Production. HCL invites applications for the following posts to be filled up on an immediate Absorption basis.

The last date for submission is on 25th July 2022. The maximum age for candidates should not be more than 56 years as of 01.06.2022. There are a total of 12 vacancies available.

Eligibility Criteria for Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2022:

Mining:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).
  • Experience of 5 years in underground mining.

Geology:

  • Post-Graduate Degree in Geology.
  • Knowledge of computerized software based on orebody modeling, resource estimation, and mine planning.
  • Experience of 5 years of mapping, logging, and sampling of an underground mine.

Survey:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining / Civil Engineering with Surveyor Certificate of Competency or M. Tech (Geomatics).
  • Experience of 5 years of working in the field of Mine Survey, fully conversant with modern mine survey equipment.
  • Preparation and maintenance of Mine Plans, Sections, Tracing, and Statutory requirements.

Engineering Services:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering / Technology (Mechanical / Mining Machinery / Electrical / Electronics & Communication / instrumentation / Electronic & Telecommunication / Civil / Architecture / Ceramic).
  • Experience of 5 years in projects, and expansion schemes including feasibility studies, techno-economical evaluation, planning, and implementation of the projects.

HR:

  • Bachelors Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science / Engineering / Professional Studies [BBA / BCA etc.] with MBA in Personnel Management or Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Social Work as acceptable under various Labour Legislation for working as Welfare Officer.
  • 5 years experience to deal with all contract Labour matters in a Project/unit having a large number of Contract Labourers.
  • 5 years of experience to deal with all compliance including Labour Laws.

Finance:

  • Passed Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / UK or the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India / UK or MBA (Finance).
  • Experience of 5 years of Finalization of Accounts, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, lVlS, Mergers and Acquisition, Banking, Fund Management, Taxation, and Audit.

Law:

  • Bachelors Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science / Engineering / Professional Studies [BBA / BCA etc.] with Bachelor Degree in Law including five years integrated BA / B.Sc. / B. Com. / BBA LLB. Preferred: LLM.
  • The candidate has 5 years of experience in appearing/attending and conducting/handling cases matters of different nature before various courts, tribunals, quasi-judicial bodies, and other forums.

Marketing:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management / MBA with specialization in Marketing.
  • The candidate has 5 years of experience in marketing and sales (Domestic, Export, Scrap), Market Research, and legal matters related to sales.

Materials and Contracts:

  • Bachelors Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management or MBA with specialization in Materials Management.
  • The candidate has 5 years of experience in a Senior Managerial position in a large reputed 0rganization.

Company Secretary:

  • Passed Final Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India / UK.
  • 5 years experience in a listed company working as a Company Secretary.
  • Knowledge of matters about Institutional Finance, Company Law, and Corporate and Secretarial functions.
