Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Recruitment 2022: Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) is looking for eligible candidates for the Managing Direct post. The age limit for this post is 60 years. The candidate should be a Graduate/Post-graduate from a recognized University/Institute with a good academic record. A qualification in Engineering/MBA will have an added advantage.

The Managing Director shall be the Chief Executive and one of the Board Members of the Company. He/She shall be accountable to the Board of Directors and Promotor Companies. He/She shall be responsible for the efficient functioning of the Company. The location for posting is New Delhi. The last date to apply is 26.08.2022.

Qualification and Experience for Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Recruitment 2022

Qualification 

The candidate should be a Graduate/Post-graduate from a recognized University/Institute with good academic record. A qualification in Engineering/MBA will have an added advantage.

Experience 

The applicant should have worked in a leadership role at a Senior management position in a large-scale Fertilizer/ Chemical/Process industry with an average audited annual turnover of more than Rs. 5000 Crores in the preceding 3 (three) financial years except for Government Officials and internal candidates. Experience in the Fertilizer sector will be preferable.
