HLL Lifecare Recruitment 2022:  HLL Lifecare Limited is a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and is a global provider of high-quality healthcare products and services. The Healthcare Services Division of HLL has set up Hindlabs in Maharashtra State for which the company wants to hire dynamic and performance-driven professionals for the post of Project Manager, Divisional Manager, Marketing Manager, Health Statistician, District Co-ordinator, Health Screening Co-ordinator, Quality Assurance Officer, Audiologist, Optometrist, Senior Lab Technician, Lab Technician, Junior Lab Technician and MIS Co-ordinator on a fixed term contract basis. The maximum age limit to apply for these posts is 37 years as on 01-11-2022. The selection procedure for all the above positions may comprise of Skill Test and Written Test which is provided in detail in the HLL Lifecare Recruitment 2022 Official Notification.

The selection procedure for all the above positions may comprise of Skill Test and Written Test. The shortlisted candidates for Senior Lab Technician, Lab Technician, and Junior Lab Technicians have to appear for Skill Test and those who are qualifying for the Skill Test alone will be allowed to attend Written Test. The position of District Coordinator, Health Screening Co-ordinator, Quality Assurance Officer, Audiologist, optometrist and MIS Co-ordinator have only written tests. Eligible candidates can apply for the post by filling out the application form available on the official website of HLL and bringing it for walk-in selection. All interested and eligible candidates may walk in for the selection test between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM at the respective locations provided in the HLL Lifecare Recruitment 2022 Notification. Candidates who register up to 01 PM only will be allowed to attend the selection test. Candidates are required to bring their original Mark sheets and Certificates for verification.

For Health Screening Co-ordinator

MBA in Health Care Management/ MSc in Medical/ Medical Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ MLT/ Biochemistry/ Health Sciences with a minimum 1 Year experience in working with the Healthcare sector

OR

BSc with PGDMLT with a minimum of 2 years of experience in working with the Healthcare sector.

For District Coordinator

MBA in Health Care Management/MSc in Medical/Medical Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/MLT/ Biochemistry/Health Sciences with a minimum 1 Year of relevant experience

OR

BSc with PGDMLT with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

For Pulmonologist

MD in Pulmonary Diseases with a minimum of 1 yr of relevant experience.

For Medical officer

3 Medical Officer MBBS with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

For Project Manager

MBA in Health Care Management/MSc in Medical microbiology/medical biochemistry/ biotechnology/ Microbiology/ MLT/Biochemistry/Health sciences with 5 to 8 years of experience in healthcare projects operations and management, medical diagnostic lab management, organizing various health check-up camps and preventive healthcare programs.

Selection Procedure for HLL Lifecare Recruitment 2022:

The selection procedure for all the above positions may comprise of Skill Test and Written Test. The shortlisted candidates for Senior Lab Technician, Lab Technician, and Junior Lab Technicians have to appear for Skill Test and those who are qualifying the Skill Test alone will be allowed to attend Written Test. The position of District Coordinator, Health Screening Co-ordinator, Quality Assurance Officer, Audiologist, optometrist and MIS Co-ordinator have only written tests. The duration for the written test is 30 minutes and the maximum mark is 50. The selection procedure for the Project Manager, Divisional Manager, Marketing Manager, and Health Statistician is through personal interviews only.

Walk-in-Interview to be held between 10 am to 1 pm from 21st November 2022 to 3rd December 2022 at different locations.

Eligible candidates can apply for the post by filling out the application form available on the official website of HLL and bring it for walk-in selection. The selection procedure for all the above positions may comprise of Skill Test and Written Test. Interested and eligible candidates may walk-in for the selection test between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM at the respective locations. Candidates who register up to 01 PM only will be allowed to attend the selection test. Candidates are required to bring their original Mark sheets and Certificates for verification

Note: Candidates must bring all original certificates along with attested copies to prove age, qualification, experience, and latest salary certificate with break-up. SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates should produce their Community Certificate in original from the concerned Revenue Authorities. Failure to produce the above certificates in original will disqualify them from appearing for the selection test.
