HLL Recruitment 2022: HLL Lifecare Limited is a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and is a global provider of high-quality healthcare products and services. The Healthcare Services Division of HLL has set up Hindlabs in Maharashtra State for which the company wants to hire dynamic and performance-driven professionals for the post of Health Screening Co-ordinator, District Coordinator, Quality Assurance Officer, Senior Lab Technician, Lab Technician, Junior Lab Technician, Audiologist, Optometrist, Mis Coordinator, Medical Writers, Pulmonologist, Medical Officers, Project Manager, Divisional Manager, Marketing Manager and Health Statistician on a fixed term contract basis and consultant basis. The maximum age limit to apply for the post is 37 years.
Eligible candidates can apply for the post by filling out the application form available on the official website of HLL and bring it for walk-in selection. The selection procedure for all the above positions may comprise of Skill Test and Written Test.

For Health Screening Co-ordinator- MBA in Health Care Management/ MSc in Medical/ MedicalBiochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ /MLT/Biochemistry/Health Sciences with a minimum 1 Year experience in working with the Healthcare sector OR
BSc with PGDMLT with a minimum of 2 years of experience in working with the Healthcare sector.
For District Coordinator- MBA in Health Care Management/MSc in Medical/MedicalBiochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ /MLT/Biochemistry/Health Sciences with a minimum 1 Year of relevant experience OR
BSc with PGDMLT with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
For Pulmonologist- MD in Pulmonary Diseases with a minimum of 1 yr of relevant experience.
For Medical officer- 3 Medical Officer MBBS with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
For Project Manager- MBA in Health Care Management/MSc in Medical microbiology/medical biochemistry/biotechnology/Microbiology/M LT/Biochemistry/Health sciences with 5 to 8 years experience in healthcare projects operations and management, medical diagnostic lab management, organizing various health check-up camps and preventive healthcare programs.

The selection procedure for all the above positions may comprise of Skill Test and Written Test. The shortlisted candidates for Senior Lab Technician, Lab Technician, and Junior Lab Technicians have to appear for Skill Test and those who are qualifying the Skill Test alone will be allowed to attend Written Test. The position of District Coordinator, Health Screening Co-ordinator, Quality Assurance Officer, Audiologist, optometrist and MIS Co-ordinator have only written tests. The duration for the written test is 30 minutes and the maximum mark is 50. The selection procedure for the Project Manager, Divisional Manager, Marketing Manager, and Health Statistician is through personal interviews only.
Walk-in-Interview to be held between 10 am to 1 pm from 21st November 2022 to 3rd December 2022 at different locations.
