According to the official notification of HLL recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. For Central Post Camp Coordinator- MSc Medical Microbiology/ Medical Biochemistry/ Medical Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Health Science / MPH/ MHA/ MBA (Healthcare) with Minimum 1 year of post qualification experience in a diagnostic laboratory OR BSc with PGDMLT/ BSc MLT/ BPMT/ BSc with Govt approved full time DMLT with minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in a diagnostic laboratory
For District Camp Coordinator- BSc with PGDMLT/ BSc MLT/ BPMT/ BSc with Govt approved full time DMLT /BSc Microbiology/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in a medical diagnostic laboratory OR DMLT (Govt Approved Full time course) with Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience in a medical diagnostic laboratory
For Lab Operations Officer- MSc Medical Microbiology/ Medical Biochemistry/ Medical Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Health Science with Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in a Clinical diagnostic lab OR BSc with PGDMLT/ BSc MLT/ BPMT/ BSc with Govt approved full time DMLT with Minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in a Clinical diagnostic lab
For Audiologist- BSc in Audiology with minimum 2 years of relevant post qualification experience OR MSc in Audiology and speech language pathology with minimum 1 year of relevant post qualification experience
For Optometrist- BSc in Optometry with minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience OR Diploma in Optometry with minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience

The selection for the position of Audiologist (Post Code-9) and Optometrist (Post Code10) will be conducted at Hotel Dwarkamai, Nagpur on 12.07.2023, HindlabsLower Parel on 24.07.2023 and at HLL Lifecare Limited, Kharghar on 25.07.2023.
