Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for HPCL Recruitment 2023.
For Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Civil Engineer and Chemical Engineer- Candidates should have 04-years full-time regular engineering courses in their respective Engineering disciplines.
For Fire and Safety Officer – Mumbai Refinery and Fire and Safety Officer – Visakh Refinery- Candidates should have Full-time regular BE/ B Tech in Fire Engineering or Fire and Safety Engineering.
For Quality Control (QC) Officers- Candidates should have 02 Years of full-time regular M.Sc. In Chemistry (Analytical / Physical / Organic/ Inorganic
For Chartered Accountants- Candidates should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) along with completion of mandatory Article ship and Membership of ICAI.
For Law Officers and Law Officers- Candidates should have an HR- 03 -03-year full-time course in law after graduation or 5 5-year course in law after the 12th Standard.
For Welfare Officer- Candidates should have a Degree in Social Science recognized by the State Government of Maharashtra or a Graduation in any discipline and a Diploma in Social Science recognized by the State Government of Maharashtra.

As given in the official notification of HPCL recruitment 2023, the appointment is for a period of 1 year from the date of joining. Upon successful completion of the Probation period, the officer will be considered for confirmation as per company policy.
As given in the official notification of HPCL recruitment 2023, the place of posting will be any SBU/Division/Department of the Corporation at any place in the country. These positions may involve working in shift duties. Selected candidates may also be posted / assigned to any of the subsidiaries/ Joint Ventures or any department of Government of India
All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience and shortlisted candidates will be called for computer-based test, group task, personal interview, Moot court (only for Law Officers and Law Officers-HR), and other criteria.
