For Executive-

The upper age limit should be 28 years.

For Deputy Manager (Civil)-

• The upper age limit should be 33 years.

For Manager (Civil)-

• The upper age limit should be 37 years.

For Senior Manager (Civil) –

• The upper age limit should be 41 years.

For Deputy General Manager (Civil)-

• The upper age limit should be 45 years.

Essential Qualifications and Experience for HSCC Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of HSCC Recruitment 2024, the essential qualification and experience are listed below:

For Executive (Bio Medical)-

• The candidate should have a full-time Degree in Bio Medical Engineering from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.

Experience-

• The candidate should have total 02 years of experience in the field of PMC/EPC.
• Experience in handling procurement assignments, i.e., bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support, follow up with client/Ministry for approval and payments etc.
• Preference will be given to candidates from Govt./PSUs having experience in handling procurement of medical equipment and other instruments related to hospitals and laboratories through GeM.
• Weightage will be given to the candidates who have working experience in Health care infrastructure.

For Executive (Legal)-

• The candidate should have a full-time degree in Law from Government recognized Institute/ University. Must be an enrolled advocate.

Experience–

• The candidate should have total 02 years of experience.
• Candidate should have knowledge of Company Laws,
• Arbitration Matters, service matters, Contracts, Civil & Criminal law.
• Candidates should have exposure in Employee Disciplinary matters. Should have hand on experience in drafting of contracts, pleadings, contract Law, Draft of deeds, Licenses & Permissions, Agreements, Legal Document Preparation and also experience of appearing before Courts, tribunals, Arbitrators, etc for contesting/defending the cases.

For Executive (Mechanical)-

• The candidate should have a full-time degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized.

Experience–

• The candidate should have a Total 02 years of experience.
• The candidate should have experience in Design engineering, Supply and erection & Commissioning air conditioning systems/ water supply/ firefighting network/ compressed air systems.

Salary for HSCC Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of HSCC Recruitment 2024, the salary for the indicated post is listed below:

For Executive-

• The chosen candidate will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs.30000 to Rs.120000.

For Deputy Manager (E-2)-

• The chosen candidate will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs.50000 to Rs.120000.

For Manager (E-3)-

• The chosen candidate will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs.60000 to Rs.180000.

For Senior Manager (E-4)-

• The chosen candidate will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs.70000 to Rs.200000.

For Deputy General Manager (E-5)-

• The chosen candidate will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs.80000 to Rs.220000.
