Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Faculty, Office Assistant and Attender.

Qualification for IBTRD Recruitment 2024:

The required qualification to apply for IBTRD Recruitment 2024 is given below-

For Faculty-

• The applicant must be a Graduate / Post Graduate viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development MA in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri. Marketing)/ B.A. with B.Ed. etc.
• The applicant must have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge.
• The applicant must have excellent communication skills in the Local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• The applicant must have skills in Typing in the Local language.
• The applicant must have Typing skills in Hindi / English typing, an added advantage.
• The applicant must have previous experience as Faculty preferred.
• The applicant must have a valid Driving License is preferable since the nature of the job also involves Travelling/field visit.

For Office Assistant-

• The applicant must be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com./ with computer knowledge.
• The applicant must know the Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification.
• The applicant must be fluent in spoken and written local language.
• The applicant must have fluency in Hindi / English would be an added qualification.
• The applicant must be proficient in MS Office ( Word and Excel ), Tally and Internet.
• The applicant must have skills in typing in the Local language is essential, Typing skills in English is an added advantage.
• The applicant must have a valid Driving License is preferable since the nature of the job also involves Travelling/field visits.

For Attender-

• The applicant must be a Matriculate.
• The applicant must have the ability to read and write in the Local language preferred.

Tenure for IBTRD Recruitment 2024:

The engagement of IBTRD Recruitment 2024 is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of 03 years subject to annual review and renewable of contract once in a year. The place of posting will be IND-RSETI, Kallakurichi District.

Selection Process for IBTRD Recruitment 2024:

The selection of IBTRD Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of a written test, personal interview and Demonstration/Presentation. The candidates who pass the written test will be called for a personal interview and Demonstration/Presentation. The date, time and venue of the written test will be given on the admit card.
