Your feedback / concerns and suggestions received on Model GST Law were communicated and as can be seen many amendments are due to the suggestions made by us. CBEC has now released revised draft Model GST Law in the public domain. The same can be viewed at the below link: http://idtc-icai.s3.amazonaws.com/download/draft-model-gst-law-25-11-2016.pdf Now, we invite your suggestions on the Revised Draft Model GST Law. The suggestions may be submitted at the following link: http://idtc.icai.org/cc/apps/draft_gst_model_law We request you to provide your suggestions preferably by 7th December 2016 to enable us to submit the same for consideration. This initiative would go a long way in making GST simple, fair, certain and transparent. We can pride ourselves in being partners in Nation Building.
