ICAI Issued E-publication on exempted supply under GST and other initiatives:
In order to facilitate members and other stakeholders, the Indirect Taxes Committee of ICAI has now come out with an E-publication on Exempted Supplies under GST [ An error prone area with major impact of errors] and Note on Form GSTR -9 & 9C [ to be read with the technical guide].
Further Indirect Taxes Committee of ICAI planned to come out with Live Webcasts on Customs and FTP, a brief of which are as follows:

Considering the importance of exemptions under GST, Indirect Taxes Committee has come up with exclusive publication wherein the principles as well as important exemptions have been thoroughly analysed. This may be downloaded from here.
Note Form GSTR -9 & 9C
The Indirect Taxes Committee has come out with Technical Guide on Annual Return & GST Audit containing row by row analysis of Form GSTR-9, 9A Annual return and Form GSTR -9C Reconciliation Statement. Considering the recent changes made by the Government in the aforesaid form, the Committee has come out with this note explaining changes therein, which can be viewed at https://assets.studycafe.in/uploads/Notes-Dec-Notifications-Final.pdf.
