ICAI Launches Dedicated Helplines to Support Members During MCA21 V3 Transition
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), through its Committee for Liaison and Corporate Governance Committee (CL&CGC), has set up dedicated helplines for members who are facing difficulties due to the transition to MCA21 Version 3 (V3), which is the latest version of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ online system for company-related filings and compliance. The aim is to make this transition earlier for its members. These helplines will be made available from Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
With the assistance of these helplines, members can get guidance and support if they face issues while using MCA21 V3. There are three separate helplines, and the links to access them are
ICAI has recommended that members first raise a ticket directly with the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) before joining or sharing their problem details. Here's the link to the Google Form, using which members can share their issue and raise an MCA ticket: Link
