ICAI Launches Dedicated Helplines to Support Members During MCA21 V3 Transition The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), through its Committee for Liaison and Corporate Governance Committee (CL&CGC), has set up dedicated helplines for members who are facing difficulties due to the transition to MCA21 Version 3 (V3), which is the latest version of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ online system for company-related filings and compliance. The aim is to make this transition earlier for its members. These helplines will be made available from Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
