ICAI Releases Technical Guide on Revised CAG Directions under Section 143(5) The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) recently released a handbook called "Technical Guide on Revised Directions Issued by CAG under Section 143(5) of the Companies Act, 2013.
