ICAI reopens Online Empanelment of Chartered Accountants to Act as Observers for December 2021 Examination The Online Empanelment of Chartered Accountants to Act as Observers December 2021 Examinations has been reopened by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) until October 26th, 2021. "It has been decided to re-open the online empanelment of members to function as observers at the examination centres for the chartered accountants' examinations, December 2021, from October 22nd to October 26th," the ICAI stated. Eligible Members who were not empanelled may be empanelled to function as observers for the December 2021 tests from October 22nd to October 26th, 2021. The ICAI further stated that members interested in acting as observers for the December 2021 tests can apply online using the Observer Portal at http://observers.icaiexam.icai.org through October 26th, 2021.
