Post Name and Vacancies for ICAR Recruitment 2023:

According to the ICAR Recruitment 2023 official notification, applications will be received from qualified individuals for various posts, Sr Comptroller, Comptroller, Chief Finance & Accounts Officer, Legal Advisor, Assistant Legal Advisor, and Director (Official Language). Details are given below.

Eligibility for ICAR Recruitment 2023:

According to the ICAR Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection of candidates will be done based on the required experience and qualifications.

For Sr Comptroller

The applicants must have worked as an officer with 17 years of experience in Audit/Finance/ Accounts cadres/departments under the Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or PSUs. He/she must have worked on analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/Department with three years of regular service in the Pay Level-13 (Pre-revised PB-4, Rs.37400-67000 with GP Rs.8700) or equivalent Pay scale on regular basis.

For Comptroller

The applicants must have worked as an officer with 14 years of experience in Audit/Finance/Accounts under the Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or PSUs. He/she should have worked on a regular basis in the parent cadre/Department with five years of regular service in the Pay Level-12 (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs.7600) or equivalent Pay scale in the cadre/department.

For Chief Finance & Accounts Officer

The applicants must have worked as an officer with 10 years of experience of Audit/Finance/ Accounts under the Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or PSUs.

For Legal Advisor

The applicants must have worked as an officer in the legal cadre/departments of Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings with 5 years of service in Level-12 of Pay Matrix.

For Assistant Legal Advisor

The applicants must have worked as an officer in the legal cadre/departments of Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings with 5 years of service in Level-11 of Pay Matrix.

For Director (Official Language)

The applicants must have worked as an officer in the legal cadre/departments of Central or State Governments Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies Public Sector Undertakings. Holding an analogous position on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or, having five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 12 of the Pay Matrix.

Age Limit for ICAR Recruitment 2023:

According to the ICAR Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age of applicants should be 58 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.

Pay Scale for ICAR Recruitment 2023:

According to the ICAR Recruitment 2023 official notification, the short-listed candidates will be granted a monthly salary between Rs.78,800 to Rs.2,18,200 as mentioned below.

According to the ICAR Recruitment 2023 official notification, the applicants may apply in the prescribed format along with enclosures as given in the vacancy notice. The Cadre controlling authorities are requested to forward applications of eligible candidates whose services can be speared on deputation immediately on their selection on or before 15.04.2023. Candidates must submit an attested copy of their application in the prescribed proforma, along with a cadre clearance certificate from the controlling authority, vigilance clearance, and photocopies of their ACRs/APARs for the previous five (5) years, duly attested on each page by an officer not lower than the level of Under Secretary or equivalent.
