ICAR Recruitment 2023: The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) receives applications from Indian nationals for various posts on a deputation basis (including short-term contracts). According to the ICAR Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be made for 34 vacancies for Post/ Cadre involves: Sr. Comptroller in Finance Cadre, Comptroller in Finance Cadre, Chief Finance and accounts Officer in Finance Cadre, Legal Advisor in Legal Cadre, Assistant Legal Advisor in Legal Cadre, Director (Official Language) in OL Cadre. Applicants are to be recruited on a deputation basis at ICAR Hqrs and its different nationwide institutes. As of the application deadline, the maximum age for this position is 58 years old. The monthly pay for the selected candidates would range from Rs.78,800 to Rs. 2,18,200 as per pay levels 12, 13, and 14.
According to the ICAR Recruitment 2023 official notification, the period of deputation shall be 2 years for all the posts except for the post of CFAO up to 31.12.2024. However, the agreement may be terminated early with a three-month notice from both parties. The ICAR rules will apply to the basic terms and conditions of services provided by the organization. Applicants are requested to forward their applications in the prescribed format with a cadre clearance certificate from the controlling authority, Vigilance certificate, and photocopies of ACRs, and APARs for the last five (05) years to the Deputy Secretary (Admin), ICAR, Room No.306, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi. For Sr Comptroller
Candidates must have 17 years of experience working as an officer in the Audit, Finance, or Accounts cadres or departments of the Central or State Government, the Union Territories, the Autonomous Bodies, or PSUs. He or she must have three years of regular service in the Pay Level-13 (Pre-revised PB-4, Rs. 37400-67000 with GP Rs. 8700) or comparable Pay scale and must have held analogous jobs on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department.
For Comptroller
The candidates must have held an officer position for 14 years in audit, finance, or accounting for the federal, state, and union territories, autonomous bodies, or PSUs. He or she should have had five years of continuous regular service in the parent cadre or department at Pay Level 12 (Pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 7600) or a comparable Pay grade.
For Chief Finance & Accounts Officer
The applicants must have served as officers in the Central or State Governments, Union Territories, Autonomous Bodies, or PSUs for 10 years in the areas of audit, finance, and accounts.
