State Bank of India Recruitment 2023: State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Senior Vice President and Head (Marketing) on a Contractual basis for a period of 03 years and Assistant General Manager (Marketing)/ Chief Manager (Marketing) on regular position. As per the official notification of State Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the post of Senior Vice President and Head (Marketing) is 40 to 50 years and the maximum age limit for the post of Assistant General Manager (Marketing)/ Chief Manager (Marketing) is 30 to 45 years. The educational qualification is different for each post. The candidates should have at least 10 to 14 years of experience (according to the bases). The selected candidates will get a CTC of Rs.50 to 55 lacs.
According to the official notification of State Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of personal interviews conducted by the committee. Senior Vice President and Head (Marketing):
The candidates should have MBA / PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in MBA (Marketing) with Finance as one of the subjects or MBA (Finance) with marketing as one of the subjects or MBA (Dual) Specialization in Finance & Marketing.
Assistant General Manager (Marketing)/ Chief Manager (Marketing):
The candidates should have Graduation in any discipline or MBA / PGDBM or equivalent with specialization in Marketing / Finance from Institutes recognized/approved by Government bodies / AICTE/UGC.

Senior Vice President and Head (Marketing):
The candidates should have 14 years of Post Qualification experience in marketing in Banks/ Financial Institutions etc.
Assistant General Manager (Marketing):
The candidates should have 12 years of post-qualification experience in a Supervisory/ Management role in marketing.
Chief Manager (Marketing):
The candidates should have 10 years of post-qualification experience in a Supervisory/ Management role in wholesale/ corporate credit.
