ICICI Bank is hiring candidates for the Technical Officer post at their Rajasthan, Delhi NCR  and Uttar Pradesh (UP) locations.

Role & Responsibilities

i. Appraisal  Assessing the market value of properties offered as security for Loan Land & Building.

ii. Site Visits  Visiting properties to assess valuation and progress of work.

iii. Documentation  Verification of documents like building approvals, plans, estimates etc. to ensure compliance with applicable building rules and other applicable regulations.

iv. Recording of site observations and recommending loan amount based on the assessment made, documents and site observations.

v. Managing relationships with customers and channel partners.

Qualification

B. Tech/B.E. (Civil Engineering) with a good and consistent academic record.

Good communication in regional Language is preferred.
